Funny how we're so used to the old ways of doing things... she didn't even try to play two keys on the piano at the same time. :)

can someone count how many times kara said "iphone" during that session?

She said it, 1, 2 many times yet, I know where she was coming from she's just explaining the technology to those folks that don't know what "Touch-Technology" is giving a point of refrence..Sorry mami..smile.
  • Looks like Microsoft is busy trying to copy Apple's Dock.

Microsoft are not listening to their customers. All we want is a OS that will work and eat less of our resources to be an aid to us not a pain! All Microsoft are showing is a little bit of multi-touch technology which, to be honest is not to useful to the average user (which is basicallly all of Microsoft users) other will use Mac. (Not to mention Mac originally came up with the idea of multi-touch on computers)

Looking at the report she also mentions about having to buy a new machine. Why would anyone want to buy a new machine. What are we meant to do with our vista machines?

So what does Windows 7 really have to offer? Apart from a touch screen which looks nice but would probably (like all things Microsoft) become a pain in less than a day. What is your answer to suffering Vista users who desperately need a new OS?

    Personally I would say Mac?

WOW! I can actually use my fingers to rotate and enlarge pictures? Then click on a map to get directions and other information on Windows 7 which hasn't released yet??? That would be sooooo cool if I hadn't been doing it for a year and a half now on my iPhone!!!
It's no wonder I've been much happier when I became a die-hard Mac fan. No need, reason, or desire to turn back.
Have fun with Vista's new service pack, uh, I mean Windose 7!
